Our Roadmap
At EIG, sustainability is managed.
Through technical processes where the identification of risks, impacts, and opportunities guides decision-making.
This same approach is applied within our own organization.
Internal roadmap - 2026
Our roadmap starts with a management system that structures planning and risk management, is translated into a Sustainability Master Plan, and is supported by concrete measurements to assess performance and opportunities for improvement.
System → Planning → Measurement → Evaluation
ISO 9001 Certification
Implementation of a quality management system that structures processes, strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Sustainability Master Plan
Definition of strategic pillars, programs, and projects based on the analysis of impacts, risks, and priorities.
Carbon Footprint Calculation – 2025 baseline year
Measurement of emissions as a diagnostic tool to identify risk areas, efficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
B Corp Assessment
Organizational performance assessment and gap analysis in governance, social impact, and environmental impact.
These processes are currently underway and form part of a gradual and realistic planning approach, without predetermined outcomes.
We manage sustainability to build organizations that can endure, adapt, and grow over time.
